Welcome to Rotterdam! Our office (PT-064 in P-Building, located in front of Aula) is open every working day from 12:00 – 15:00. In between those times, you are always welcome to drop by for anything you need. Whether you have a question or a problem, want to sign up for our events, or just want to drink a coffee together, we’re here for you! Another option is to send an email to: [email protected]
In our office, we can help you with some practicalities as well to get you started here in Rotterdam as an international student! We can offer you a free sim card and a public transportation card (€10 deposit; you will get this €10 back whenever you return the card). Next to that, you can get your ESN Card (€15). With this card, you can get discounts within Rotterdam and Europe (for travelers). For example, you can get a voucher for a discount on an Erasmus Sports Pass, a discount on your Ryan Air flights, and multiple discounts on our own events.
Where? The ESN Office (click for location on the map) is situated in the P building, Room 64 (PT-064). The P-building is situated on the campus of Erasmus University Rotterdam. Use the stairs leading into the lower-level garden next to Theil Building (C-hall) to enter.
When? The ESN office is open every weekday from 12:00 to 15:00. For exceptions on specific days, check the Google business hours.
